Partners & Integrations
Expand your offering through standardized integrations and powerful interfaces. DISACON ensures reliable integration and secure operation of all securities-related processes in the background.

Enable your customers and partners to process custody and securities workflows efficiently through a modular, integrated platform.
Whether you want to modernize and scale existing processes or build new digital securities offerings: DISACON CORE supports a wide range of use cases across the full securities processing chain. Our platform provides an end-to-end solution for technical, operational, and regulatory execution—from integration and day-to-day operations to ongoing evolution. This reduces complexity and effort and gives you more room to focus on your core business.
At the core is DISACON CORE as the platform foundation, followed by the process phases, platform-wide capabilities, and—on the outside—the concrete functional building blocks of securities processing.
Integrating specialized service providers
You integrate external providers—for example for trading, custody, or value-added services—into your securities workflows. DISACON handles the technical integration and coordinates smooth operations across all involved systems.
Standardized data and process integration
You need consistent exchange of reference, transaction, and position data. DISACON provides a unified integration layer for data flows and process control across the full securities processing chain.
Building and operating partner ecosystems
You are building an extended partner network or an ecosystem around securities workflows. DISACON enables standardized connectivity, scalable operations, and continuous expansion of all integrations.
Connecting existing core and position systems
You integrate existing core banking, position, or processing systems into a modern securities platform. DISACON provides standardized interfaces and ensures stable, consistent operations across system boundaries.

FAQ on use cases and operating models
Which operating models does DISACON support in principle?
DISACON supports different operating and licensing models, including setups with an external custodian bank, internal or external custody, outsourced processing, as well as hybrid models. The concrete setup depends on your regulatory role, existing partners, and the desired degree of self-operation.
Can we connect an external custodian bank or depository?
Yes. DISACON is designed to connect external custodian banks or depositories in a standardized way. Integration is done via clearly defined interfaces, so custody recordkeeping and safekeeping can remain external while processes are controlled centrally via DISACON.
Is it possible to provide custody internally and outsource other functions?
Yes. Common setups include internal custody with outsourced custody recordkeeping or securities processing—or the other way around. DISACON supports this separation and coordinates the outsourced processes in day-to-day operations.
Can order routing and trading processes remain internal?
Yes. Order routing, trading connectivity, and upstream processes can be operated fully in-house. In this case, DISACON takes over downstream processes such as booking, position management, processing, and settlement.
How does technical integration with existing systems work?
Integration is API-based via standardized interfaces. DISACON can be integrated into existing core banking, frontend, or trading systems, or act as a central processing layer. Batch-based and event-based connections are also possible.
Does DISACON also support hybrid or legacy system landscapes?
Yes. DISACON is explicitly designed for heterogeneous and evolved IT landscapes. Existing systems can be connected or replaced step by step without disrupting ongoing operations.
Who takes over the operational running of the securities processes?
Operations can be taken over fully by DISACON or organized jointly with your organization. On request, DISACON provides experienced processing teams that take over operational tasks or augment existing teams.
Is operation possible without in-house securities or processing expertise?
Yes. DISACON enables institutions without deep operational experience to run securities models in a compliant and stable manner. Technology, processes, and know-how are provided centrally.
How is regulatory responsibility distributed?
Regulatory responsibility generally remains with the respective license holder. DISACON supports with robust processes, documentation, and operations, but does not act as the license holder unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Can existing partners continue to be used?
Yes. Existing partners such as exchanges, depositories, payment service providers, or service vendors can be integrated into the DISACON platform. The goal is to leverage existing structures while reducing complexity.
How flexible is the model for later changes?
The modular architecture allows adjustments during ongoing operations—for example, changing partners, expanding the product scope, or gradually outsourcing additional processes.
For which project phases is DISACON suitable?
DISACON is suitable both for the initial build-out of new securities offerings and for migration, modernization, and scaling of existing business models—regardless of the current maturity level.
