Joint AI Project with AWS and Woodmark
Montabaur, October 9, 2025. DISACON is part of a joint innovation project with AWS and Woodmark to apply artificial intelligence in complex financial and securities processes. The goal is a prototype implementation of AI‑supported approaches to analyze, automate, and optimize selected process chains—focusing on scalability, data quality, and practical applicability in regulated environments.
As part of this initiative, DISACON is working together with AWS and Woodmark Consulting on the prototype development of the FinLogix AI Navigator. The aim is to build an intelligent bridge between functional requirements from the financial sector and their technical implementation. The solution is designed especially for small and mid-sized securities trading institutions and helps translate complex booking logic efficiently into executable rules—without requiring programming expertise.
At its core, the FinLogix AI Navigator is based on a modular architecture that converts natural-language input into structured booking requirements and derives automatically implementable logic components. An AI assistant powered by Amazon Q and Amazon Bedrock supports the formulation and interpretation of requirements, understands financial terminology and regulatory context, and provides real-time suggestions including validations.
In addition, a Logic Generation Engine (AWS Lambda) automates the conversion into executable booking rules and generates template-based code building blocks for common patterns.
For data storage and traceability of processing, a Data Processing Hub (Amazon RDS) is used. It serves as a central repository for transaction data, enables version control and audit trails, and provides a multi-tenant, secure architecture. The approach is fully designed for AWS, focusing on scalability, security, and high operational performance.
With the FinLogix AI Navigator, DISACON aims to significantly accelerate the implementation of functional and regulatory requirements and structurally relieve institutions. Expected business benefits include faster implementation of regulatory changes, reduced dependency on IT departments, and increased agility through a self-service model.
AWS provides the cloud and AI infrastructure, while Woodmark Consulting contributes its expertise in data-driven models and analytical methods. Together, a practical framework is being created to implement and further develop AI in regulated operational process chains close to production.
