New website and Bankfactory: DISACON openly shows what its core banking platform can do and how it is built
With the relaunch of disacon.de, DISACON presents the Bankfactory – the workbench on which AI agents build and experienced professionals approve.
Montabaur, 19 October 2026 – DISACON AG today launched its new website and at the same time presented the Bankfactory, the workbench on which DISACON builds its banking products. The website shows what DISACON's securities core banking platform delivers today, how it is built and how new products are created on it.
At the heart of the new website is the Function Atlas: all capability areas, modules and processes of the platform with their status – in production, in implementation, covered by partners or planned. Of the 58 processes in the atlas, 52 are in production. In addition, use cases show what happens on the platform in typical projects, from digital onboarding to outsourced settlement, alongside the architecture overview, release notes and the API documentation.
“We wanted a website that claims nothing that cannot be verified,” says Sascha Bochartz, Management Board of DISACON AG. “That is why we show every process with its status – including those we are still working on.”
The Bankfactory has been in use since May 2026. It consists of a well-rehearsed team of specialised AI agents, a knowledge base built on more than 20 years of securities processing, a test pipeline for every change and fixed approvals by experienced professionals. The agents take on the functional concept, domain model, code, tests, documentation and infrastructure, working in parallel. Every change is checked automatically as it is created.
Responsibility remains with people. In every cycle, five fixed roles give their approval: Product Engineer (requirement), Solution Architect (architecture), Senior Engineer (code review), QA Engineer (release candidate) and Release Manager (production). Every decision and every agent step is documented in the audit trail; development, acceptance and production run in separate environments.
For clients, this means that new products are created as configuration on the existing production platform rather than as a custom project – with the aim of delivering them in weeks instead of months. Tests and documentation are up to date with every change, and a dedicated Production Lead accompanies clients from the first conversation through to operation. Next up on the Bankfactory are digital onboarding, the online branch and the retirement savings account (Altersvorsorgedepot). In the medium term, the agents are also to work in day-to-day operations; exceptions will continue to be decided by people.
